This is about renewing the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

On this day, at this moment, we did not care who was who or what color of skin you had or where you were from or how long you had been here.. We were all warriors for the 'aina. And I was proud to have been there. Read the book "The Superferry Chronicles."

This is what happens when a community has been harassed, threatened, and set upon by military tactics and arrested children. THe children who opened the ceremonies were the ones that were arrested. We can forgive but we can never forget.
